HOUSE RULES
To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the rules of this private accommodation. When checking in, it is implied that you are familiar with and agree with them, and that you will fully adhere to them. Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation, and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the shorter stay.

To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the rules of this private accommodation. When checking in, it is implied that you are familiar with and agree with them, and that you will fully adhere to them. Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation, and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the shorter stay.
- Check - in /Check - out: Depending on other reservations we can be flexible about the check - in / Check - out time.
- Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00 hrs
- Please notify the owner about your approximate arrival time so somebody can meet you at the reception desk and give you the keys.
- On the day of arrival the guests have to show to the owner their identification documents (Passport or ID) for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board. The documents will be returned shorty after.
- In case you want to check in earlier please notify us on time and we will do our best to fulfill your request. If that will not be possible we have a storage room where you can leave your luggage and go explore the area before the room is ready.
- Check-out: till 10:30 hrs
- In case of earlier departure (before 08:30) please contact reception desk a day before.
- In case of later departure (after 10:30) luggage can be left in the storage room. If possible and with prior announcement, you can keep the room until 14:00 with additional 50% payment, or after 14:00 by paying the full amount of daily rent.
- The guests have the obligation to leave the room/apartment in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged. Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property, will have to reimburse the owner the full amount of the occurred damage. The owner can ask the guests to leave a deposit on their day of arrival. The deposit will be refund to the guests in its totality on the day of departure only if they leave the room/apartment in the same status as they found it.
- Transport from/to the Airport is possible, please inform us on time.
- Payment is made in cash in local currency during your stay. Credit cards are not accepted. If the owner request a deposit, the guests will be informed about it when receiving the reservation confirmation.
- Before entering into the room/apartment the guest will be given the key. On the day of departure the guests have to hand over the key to the owner. Any lost keys are subject to change of lock(s) which you shall be responsible to pay. (80 € for lost keys).
- The owner will be available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance they may need. In case of any complaints about the quality of the accommodation please contact the owner over phone or email.
- Pets are welcome with prior announcement. Pets have to be well trained and not aggressive. They are not allowed to sleep on beds or sofa.
- The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the room/apartment. The owner will not be responsible in case of any disappearance. Before going out, please close the windows and lock the door.
- Please keep your belongings in the wardrobes so maid can clean the room. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly. Towels are at your disposal only in the room, they are not beach towels.
- When using tan lotions and products, please take a shower before using apartment amenities. Stains are difficult and in some cases impossible to remove from towels and sheets. Otherwise we will be forced to charge the use of towels and sheets (6 Eur/small towel, 10 Eur /big towel, 20 Eur/sheet).
- Due to possible storm or strong wind, please close the shutters when leaving the room. The guests are kindly asked to take care of the room/apartment and its furniture. The guests are not allowed to move the furniture or to transport it outside of the property. It is not allowed to consume foods and drinks in the rooms . For this you have fully equipped kitchen and a terrace on the first floor. It is in your interest to keep the inventory undamaged. In case of any damage the guests have to reimburse the owner the full amount of the occurred damage.
- It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the property.
- From 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. is the period of night rest, so don’t disturb other guests. We ask each guest to be careful and do not produce noise that can bother other guests or neighbors. Hearing loud music and making loud parties are strictly prohibited.
- We kindly ask you for responsible use of the air conditioning. Please always turn off the air conditioning when you leave the room. This prevents unnecessary power consumption and is also environment friendly. When you turn on the air conditioner, please make sure that all the windows and doors are closed.
- The owner reserves the right to enter the room in the absence of the guests if it is noted that this would be essential to prevent any possible damage, and particularly when it is thought that the house rules are being ignored. In the case of any such emergency entrance when guests are absent, the owner is required to report to the guests the time and reason for such an entry into the room.
